Whether you're experiencing with hot flashes, mood swings, or energy imbalances, our group acupuncture sessions provide effective treatments while fostering a sense of community and mutual support.

Contraindications

While these sessions offer support, it may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

  • Acute stroke
  • Cancer patients
  • Areas with poor skin condition
  • Diabetic patients
  • Epilepsy sufferers
  • Hemophilia or other clotting disorders
  • Severe needle phobia

What to Expect

During our community acupuncture sessions, multiple participants receive treatment simultaneously in a shared room. You will lie comfortably on a soft surface, fully clothed, with pillows and a blanket. Dr. Tina Rogers, ND, will gently insert acupuncture needles at specific points to balance hormones and mood, specifically for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause.

Please wear loose clothing that allows access to your arms up to your shoulders and your legs up to your knees. Upon entering the room, you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks.

Meet Dr. Tina Rogers, ND

Dr. Tina is a Naturopathic Doctor and certified sports nutritionist that has a special interest in menopause/perimenopause, gut health and sports medicine.

As a Naturopath and skilled intuitive, Dr. Tina Rogers stands apart from the rest. While she may conduct thorough assessments of anyone in her care, it is her sixth sense, in conjunction with her clinical acumen, that makes her extraordinary.

Dr. Roger’s connection with her patients is strong. She is considered to be a modern-day seer and traditional healer and employs all types of approaches to help those on their journey. She enjoys educating and giving her patients the tools they need to heal themselves. She has found that when the root cause of disease is discovered it can be life changing. She is known for being empathetic, caring and positive.
